Master Carlos I was down to train with Brandon a couple of months ago and told him I was from one of your schools and he told me what an honor it was for you to invite him to your school to teach. He is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. He treated me like I was one of his own students. I wished I could be there for this seminar but wouldn’t work with my schedule.

Tom Brands is was the greatest wrestler Dan Gable ever produced 3X NCAA Champion and Gold Medalist at The Olympics not Rico. Rico was hood but nowhere near Tom's accomplishments in wrestling.

Two of the planets greatest grapplers! I just had the honor of attending a Master Carlos Machado seminar in NJ tonight! One of my Jeet Kune Do, Doce Pares, and BJJ instructor's, GM Don Edwards, hosted Erik Paulson for a seminar in the early 2000s. I now own the school and hope to host these 2 living legends soon!

I remember training under Mr. Machado in the back room on the sets where they shot Walker Texas Ranger. I spoke with Mr. Machado on the phone before he moved to Texas, looking for videos on Machado Jiu Jitsu. Mr. Machado spoke with me on the phone for what felt like an hour. I would drive all the way from Waco to train once a month! Awesome teacher.

I am new to bjj and have had my first few classes . I love it. However i usually love and obsess with things and then i end up losing steam. I dont want this to happen to bjj. I love my gym and i am finding myself in bjj and the lifestyle. Has anyone else had this problem?
